Congratulations to Josh Givens for submitting the winning entry in the 2011 Youth Photo Contest.

Entries in the contest had to be taken by a juvenile age 17 or under.  The photos were required to include a juvenile and a horse.  The association hopes the participation in this program will grow in the coming year.

Many thanks to the Virginia Horse Industry Board in helping to make it possible for the horse association to offer such programs for our kids.
